"P90X and Some Cardiovascular Stuff........"

Staying focused and motivated is easier said than done.

Writing down a "Daily Workout Accomplishment Entry"
helps to keep that commitment moving forward
in the right direction...

...and with a trail run planned in the not too distant
future, I've decided to post my "Accomplishments"
to stay on track and keep from losing sight of my goals.
~

 I haven't done this particular P90X workout for
sometime now...it's the perfect workout for
keeping the arms toned and in shape...my muscles
will be sore tomorrow.
~
...time to get ready for Mountain Biking.
